Planta de hormigón Polygonmach PDC 60

POLYGONMACH PDC60 60 M3 dry type concrete batching plant installation can be completed in a few steps. These steps are:

1. Location Selection: The location where the power plant will be installed must be suitable for production. Generally, the plant must have access to air, water and electricity supplies. At the same time, the noise level should be kept to a minimum.

2. Ground Preparation: POLYGONMACH 60 M3 dry type concrete batching plant must be installed on a smooth ground. Therefore, the ground should be loosened and leveled.

3. Foundation and Reinforced Concrete Works: A solid concrete foundation should be built to support the weight of the power plant. The foundation should be designed according to the dimensions and weight of the power plant. In addition, some manufacturers offer ready-made reinforced concrete platforms.

4. Assembly: The assembly of the switchboard begins with the transport of the pre-prepared modules made in the factory. The modules are brought together by moving them to the installation site.

5. Connections: Electricity, water and air line connections of the plant are made.

6. Tests: Tests are carried out to control the performance of the plant. These tests check whether the plant is working properly and is able to produce the desired concrete quality.

As a result, POLYGONMACH 60 M3 dry type concrete batching plant installation includes the steps of ground preparation, foundation and reinforced concrete works, assembly, connections and tests. These steps must be professionally performed by the manufacturer or the installer.
